研究方向

长期从事关于忆阻器、类脑计算、存算一体芯片、人工智能硬件、神经形态器件等方面研究,目前主要研究方向包括:

1. 基于忆阻器的神经形态器件及其在类脑计算中的应用

2. 面向人工智能的忆阻器存算一体芯片和系统

3. 基于大生产平台的忆阻器规模化集成技术


研究成果概况

累计发表Nature Reviews Materials、Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Science Advances、IEDM等期刊和会议论文120余篇,SCI引用5600余次,H因子为33。累计2篇入选TOP 0.1% ESI热点论文,11篇入选TOP 1% ESI高被引论文,3篇入选期刊封面/内封面,受邀撰写中英文专著5章,获13项国家发明专利授权,研究工作入选北京智源人工智能研究院发布的“2020年世界十大AI进展”,并被Advanced Science News、Materials Views、nanotechweb.org、X-MOL、RSC中国等几十家网站重点报道。
