l April 2000 to September 2002: Postdoctoral Visiting Scholar at the Hospital for Joint Diseases, New York University, USA. Conducted research on cartilage repair in joints and participated in clinical observations and learning.
l April 2004 to May 2004: Senior Clinical Visiting Scholar at Radboud University Medical Center, Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Mainly studied the use of impaction bone grafting technique for managing bone defects in complex hip arthroplasty revision surgery, as well as its application in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.
l May 2004: Attended the Exeter Course in the United Kingdom, receiving theoretical and clinical training in bone cemented total hip arthroplasty.
l March 2006 to August 2006: Senior Clinical Visiting Scholar at Tampere Joint Replacement Hospital, Tampere, Finland. Focused on learning revision surgeries for knee and hip arthroplasty, as well as complex primary knee and hip arthroplasty. Additionally, made short-term visits to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom in December 2008, October 2009, and May 2010, respectively, to learn about new techniques and advancements in knee and hip arthroplasty, such as hip resurfacing and the use of new prostheses in revision surgeries.

l May 2009: Invited speaker at the Knee Joint Special Symposium of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association.

During the postgraduate period, participated in the research project "Mechanisms of Osteoarthritis." In 2006, received the Second Prize of the Ministry of Education Scientific and Technological Progress Award and the Third Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award. In 2005, won the Third Prize in the Young Teachers Speech Competition at Peking University. In 2008, received the Second Prize in the "Fangyuan Project" Speech Competition National Finals organized by the Chinese Orthopaedic Association.
