Professor of Peking University Law School, Executive Dean of Peking University Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Intellectual Property Development Research Institute. He has been a visiting scholar at Washington University School of Law, Tokyo Institute of Intellectual Property, and Stanford Law School. Key research areas: Intellectual Property Law, Internet Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Open Source Community Rules, Standard Essential Patents and other issues. Participated in research on national mid- and long-term science and technology development planning; presided over research on technological innovation and intellectual property strategy, research on intellectual property protection and application in the information society, patent achievement transformation model and policy research in Chinese universities, basic Internet legislation, data element market establishment and legal governance, etc. A number of national key research projects. Author of "Intellectual Property Law", "Standardization and Intellectual Property Strategy", "Sharing Wisdom: Analysis of Intellectual Property Rights Issues of Open Source Software", etc., the representative paper "Industrial Policy Principles of Intellectual Property System" and more than 100 academic papers.
