Zhang Luxia is a Clinical Medicine Ph.D. graduate from Peking University Health Science Center and holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Harvard University School of Public Health. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean of the National Institute of Health Data Science at Peking University, the Executive Deputy Director of the Health and Medical Big Data Research Center at Peking University, the Chief Physician, Professor, and Ph.D. Supervisor in the Department of Nephrology at Peking University First Hospital. Her main research focuses on the trends, disease burden, and prevention and treatment of major chronic diseases.
