Dr. Liang Zhou received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Utah in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, he conducted research at the Visualization Research Center (VISUS) at the University of Stuttgart in Germany. In 2019-2020, he served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute (SCI Institute) at the University of Utah in the United States. His research interests include scientific visualization, information visualization, and visual perception. He has published over ten papers as the first author, including top conferences and journals in the field of visualization such as IEEE VIS, TVCG, and EuroVis. He serves as a reviewer for international conferences and journals such as IEEE VIS and TVCG, as well as a committee member of the China Visualization and Visual Analytics Conference (ChinaVis).
